Should I check the plumbing before tiling in University Place?
Yes, check the pipes behind the wall before tile goes on, whatever the age of your University Place house, because a leak found later means pulling the tile back up. University Place is a short run west of Tacoma, between Tacoma and Puget Sound. Pierce County Sewer Division has its headquarters here on 64th Street West.
