Who handles water service and sewer blockages in Ruston?

Ruston runs its own sewer, so a blockage in the public sewer goes to the town, while the water comes from the City of Tacoma, so a water bill question goes there. Ruston is a separate town of a few blocks, bordered by Tacoma and Commencement Bay. Its own utilities also include storm and electric service. The pipe on your side of the meter is the side Mike works on.
